To finish out the 2025 season, the Heartland Golf team traveled to Plymouth, Indiana, at the Swan Lake Resort to compete in the NJCAA National Finals. The Hawks placed 6th out of 22 teams during the week.

    Leading the charge for the Hawks was freshman Gabriele Bravin placing 5th overall. The Italy native shot six over through four rounds of golf. Coming in after Bravin and tying for 15th was freshman Jack Wenzel shooting 15 over. Below are the scores for the entirety of the Heartland CC Golf Team.
