    On Thursday, October 23rd, the Hawks hosted the DIII Eureka College Junior Varsity Red Devils at the Corn Crib. The match was marked by intense gameplay and a strong defensive start from both teams. With a quiet first half without any goals, the men came out hot at the backend of the match with five goals throughout the 45 minutes.

    Setting the tone for the rest of the match was sophomore Guilherme Tomas with two goals two minutes apart. Charlie Piper and Angelo Cuomo assisted Tomas in his hot streak. Amin Zamani followed Tomas' act with two goals as well. Xabi Santamaria and Cuomo added to their total assists. Finishing out the match was Nate Adler with an assist from Gabriel Tonks, leaving the Hawks with a 5-0 finish.

    Next week, the Men's Soccer team takes on the John Wood Blazers in the Region 24 Tournament Semi-Final to see who will move on to the championship against Parkland College.
