The Heartland Women's Soccer team dropped their home opener to St. Louis CC on Wednesday night. The Lady Hawks suffered a 2-0 defeat despite 13 saves from freshman goalie Ana Clara Bigarella. The Hawks managed 4 shots on goal (SOG) but were held scoreless by St. Louis goalkeeper Kelly Cates.

HCC takes their 0-1 record on the road for an 11:00 a.m. matchup at St. Charles CC.
