Coach Caldwell enters his second season as assistant volleyball coach at Heartland after coaching for the Illini Elite Volleyball Club for 10 years, where he currently serves as associate director.Â
Caldwell has also previously been an assistant varsity coach at Normal Community West High School for three years, the head varsity coach at Lincoln Community High School for two years and an assistant varsity coach for Normal University High for two years. While at U-High, Caldwell helped guide the Pioneers to a fourth place finish in the Class 3A State Finals in 2019.
Caldwell currently resides in Bloomington, Ill.
