Heartland Community College Athletics

Coach Bergeron is in her 2nd year coaching at HCC. She comes to us from Florida Southern College and will serve as an assistant coach for the Hawks. Coach Bergeron graduated with her undergraduate degree from FSC in May 2020 after completing her beach volleyball career for the Moccasins. She was an MVP for the inaugural beach volleyball program at FSC and also competed indoor during her high school and club career.

She has served as a coach for youth club teams and middle school programs in the Florida and Illinois Regions. Administratively, she has worked as a Sports Information Director assistant in varying roles for collegiate indoor volleyball.

Coach Bergeron resides in Normal and is pursuing a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Illinois State University with plans to graduate in May 2022.
