Norman Ramos is the head coach for both the men's and women's soccer teams. Ramos was the assistant coach at Heartland for 2 years before making the jump to head coach in 2021. Ramos is a former assistant coach at Illinois Central College for 2 years. Ramos also played soccer at Illinois Central College before transferring to Texas A&M International University.Â
Norman then spent 1 season with the El Paso Patriots, and 1 season with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers U20 teams.
Ramos has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Criminal Justice.Â
Ramos has been to the national tournament as a player and is now responsible for bringing home the Women's NJCAA DII National Championship.
