Kaitlyn Conway is a freshman libero/defensive specialist from Edwardsville, IL. Conway attended Edwardsville High School, receiving Academic All-Conference honors all four years. She was also named First Team All-Conference her junior and senior years, and was an All-State Honorable Mention pick following her senior season.

Conway plans to major in nursing at Heartland.
