Men's Soccer Beats Nationally Ranked Indian Hills

Hawks Take Down #17 Team on the Road

Normal, Illinois - This past Saturday, the Hawks went on the road for the first time this season. They took down the #17 nationally ranked Indian Hills Community College Warriors. The final score of the match was 2-0. A great showing for a team that has had a great beginning to their season, so it was impressive to see them continue that success on the road against an extremely tough opponent.

The Hawks scored early when Iram Baylon scored his fourth goal of the year with an assist from Daniel Trojman at the 2' minute mark. Later in the match, Daniel Duran dropped in his first goal of the year with an assist from Saul Amaya at the 70th minute.

The men look to make it 4-0 on the year when they take on MWAC rival Parkland College today at 4:00 PM in Champaign, IL.
