Fitness and Recreation Center (FRC)

The FRC serves as the indoor home to all Heartland Hawks athletic teams. The facility includes a full gymnasium that serves indoor baseball and softball practices, a state of the art weight room and private locker rooms for all teams. The FRC recently underwent a major renovation which turned the gymnasium into a brand new court for the Hawks volleyball team.

Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED
